Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and place on a greased baking sheet. You can gauge the size of the squash and if you think you might need two to serve your entire family, then go for it.
Bake the squash in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, depending on the size of it.
In a large saucepan, pull the Squash flesh, meaning the “spaghetti noodles.”
Add all the other ingredients and keep on medium heat for about 10 minutes to let the flavors combine.
Serve warm with additional Parmesan cheese if you like.
